Third Floor Guest Retreat, Larchmont Home

Colorful and comfortable was the design goal for this charming third floor renovation in Larchmont, NY. They wanted a hangout space for their daughter and friends as well as a guest retreat. What was once a storage attic, became three distinct spaces- a large living space, with a banquette on the side for games and snacks, and a little guest suite on the other side with a bedroom and full bathroom.
